Sedation
If you are feeling a little anxious about your appointment, we are happy to discuss several options to help you relax.
Nitrous oxide
Commonly called laughing gas, nitrous oxide is delivered via a mask that fits over your mouth and nose. Towards the end of the appointment, you’ll start to breathe pure oxygen so you are ready to drive home as you walk out the door.
Oral sedation
Oral sedation is a small pill you take the night before and then one hour prior to your appointment. Transportation to and from your appointment is required.
